Now it’s time to harvest Elderflower

We use the herb for cats with cat flu (feline respiratory disease), dogs with sinusitis or pollen allergies and horses with summer pasture associated recurrent airway obstruction. The heads admittedly smell a bit funny while drying. You can use tea for dogs or cats or even just feed the dried herb to horses. Start harvesting and drying Elderflower now but if your animal is poorly a herbal consultation with Iris will be a good idea to get the dose right and add other herbs to thoroughly address the problem.
