Erica is a key member of our team and has many strings to her bow. She tackles a multitude of tasks within the business from general administration and customer care, right through to helping with insurance claims and the crucial role of keeping our herb store well-stocked.

Erica’s love of animals started at an early age, growing up with much-loved pet rabbits, horses, cats and dogs. As a child she learnt to ride at a local riding school and, as a teenager, she cared for rescued racehorses.

These days, Erica is the proud owner of a cat named Luna, bursting with character, and who she describes as the boss of the household.
